People who are alike are easily become friends and spend time together. As the saying goes, birds of a feather flock together. This seems to be a conventional idea. However, it is not necessary the case. There are some animals that have proven that different species can get along and become friends. The 12-month-old macaque was abandoned by his mother and then brought to an animal sanctuary. Though he was rescued and was in better condition, he was still spiritless until he met the white pigeon. Cats and dogs seem to be hard to get along with each other. However, Cashew and Libby have proven that cats and dogs can be good friends as well. Cashew was an old lab who has gone blind and deaf. Libby, his feline friend was more like a keeper. She took care of Cashew by leading him the way and followed him to assure his safety.
