If you are a pet owner, I believe Valentine’s Day will be a special day to you too. As no matter you are single or not, you have already had a lover who is always with you at home – your pet. Do you pause in the middle of the day to sigh, thinking of your honey’s warm, wet nose, cute eyes and furry ears? It is love, and I believe all the pet owners have this feeling and we know dogs make the best Valentines ever.
There is no need for you to get them chocolates (of course you can’t as chocolates are toxicant to dogs), and they have no use for flowers. Just a new pet dog toy or you company can make them happy. Hence, even though you have a date or not on this Valentine’s Day, do not forget to make your pet safe and happy at home. Here are some tips to make you and your furry friend happy at this weekend. Hope you can enjoy the holiday with your furry friend.
Instead of chocolate, give your doggie a special and delicious meal on that day. Maybe a heart-shape steak which is totally cooked, some dog cookies you can purchase at your local pet store or bake them yourself, my dog loves eating oral cookies, so I always add some carrots with oral then bake the special cookies for him.
Simply groom your dog with pet comb before you take him/her for a walk. Since many dogs do not like wearing clothing, so, if your dog is not comfortable to wear clothing, you can just groom him/her instead of dressing him/her up. Take your pet to his favorite park and enjoy the time with him/her.
Give your buddy a present can let him/her know you love him/her. And the most important thing I want to say is, Valentine’s Day can be a day for you and your pet.
